When should I meet with my advisor?
You can see your advisor as often as you feel is necessary, but you must meet them at least once a year for your registration PIN as outlined below. Freshman and transfer students will need to have two meetings. Students who are having academic or personal difficulties should meet with an advisor early to discuss options and see the academic success and campus resources. Transfer students should meet with Brock McLeod about half way through the term they arrive to discuss the rest of the year and finalize transfer course articulations.
Students should plan ahead based on their registration times to insure they have a meeting before their registration date.
